In 2023, Asiamoney recognized Citi as the Best International Bank in Kazakhstan for the fifth consecutive year (2019–2023) in its annual Best Bank Awards. In addition, Citi was named the Best Bank for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Kazakhstan.
