Over the course of an 18-year relationship banking career, Mr. Perczak has experience in both corporate and commercial banking. He possesses hands-on experience in a variety of structured credit products, including acquisition financing, LBOs and DCM and ECM transactions. He is an experienced Credit risk officer.

Mr. Perczak holds a BBA Degree (Cum Laude) in Finance and Investments from Baruch College of the City University of New York.
