In the summer of 2012, I had competed my graduate study and joined Citi CSTC ICG Tech Shanghai team. As a fresh graduate, I felt very lucky to join Citi Tech China Team as a developer of Trading Processing Service Derivatives system even I was not major in software engineering in the Campus.

Leaders in CSTC ICG Tech are quite professional and offer valuable guidance and strong support to team members. I’ve got the chance to travel to New York to work together with traders just several months after I joined the firm. It was a great opportunity to visit Citi’s trading floor in Manhattan, to understand how our system works for clients and to make further improvement on our job. Also, it was a wonderful chance to enhance my communication and technical skills.

Now I have spent more than 4 years in ICG Tech and start leading some projects. I’m very much enjoy working in such a dynamic and diverse group. It’s really exciting to watch myself making progress here.
