on front of the payment coupon attached to your
statement, using the envelope provided.

Express Delivery: For Express Mail, courier or overnight
delivery services, please use this street address: Customer
Service Center, Attention: Payments Dept,
P.O. Box 183037, Columbus, OH 43218-3037.

Phone: Use our Pay by Phone option to make your
payment by phone. Cost: $14.95 per payment.*

Internet: Visit our website and sign up for online
payments with the Click-to-Pay® Program. Once
it’s activated you may make up to 4 payments per
billing cycle.*

AutoPay: With AutoPay, you can arrange for payments
to be withdrawn from your bank, automatically every
month.To set up AutoPay, call Customer Service.*

To make sure your payments are credited as of the date
of receipt, they must be in the proper form and received
on a weekday by the following times:

By mail: 5 p.m. local time at our payment
processing facility

Express Delivery: 5 p.m. ET at the
Columbus address

By phone or internet: 5 p.m. ET

AutoPay: Once your enrollment is effective,
your account will be credited each month
as of the payment due date.
