Sears Card
Where can I use my Sears Card® besides sears.com?
Kmart and Sears have merged to form Sears Holdings Corporation. Now you have the flexibility to use your Sears Card® at Sears, Kmart1, Sears.com, Sears Essentials, Sears Grand, Sears Hardware, Sears Auto Centers, Sears Dealer Stores, Lands' End, landsend.com, The Great Indoors, and Orchard Supply Hardware (all members of the Sears Holding Company family of companies). The Sears Card® cannot be used at kmart.com.
You can also use your Sears Card® at Sears Repair and Product Services, Sears Dental, Sears Portrait Studios, Sears Dealer Stores, Sears Optical, Sears Flowers, AOL (for monthly provider fees) and Avis.

Sears Gold MasterCard®
What makes the Sears Gold MasterCard® different than a Sears Card®?
The Sears Gold MasterCard® offers the same great benefits as a Sears Card®, but it can also be used at millions of locations worldwide. It can also be used for cash access at thousands of ATM and branch banks all over the world.
How do I transfer balances to my Sears Gold MasterCard®?
Simply sign-on to Account Online and select Transfer Balances under the Manage My Account menu, then choose Request a Transfer(s) and follow the instructions. Or, when your card arrives, use your home phone to call the number that is provided with your new card. We'll contact your other lenders and move those balances to your new Sears Gold MasterCard® if you qualify. Please have the names and addresses of your lenders, your account numbers and your balance amounts ready when you call.
What types of balances can I transfer?
If your account qualifies, you can transfer balances from your bankcards and store credit cards to your Sears Gold MasterCard® account. You can also transfer your auto, student or personal loans. We cannot balance transfer to a checking account, savings account, another person or the IRS.

Sears Commercial One
How would a Sears Commercial One account benefit my business?
It allows you to:
- Separate business and personal transactions for accurate business records.
- Make all your business purchases at Sears by phone, fax, and in-store-with one convenient account.
- Simplify expense tracking, bookkeeping and more.
- Track purchases with itemized invoice detail.
- Access help through Sears Business Resource Center.
Will this account help to simplify my record keeping?
Yes. You will receive both a monthly statement of all account transactions as well as invoice detail for current purchases and credits.
If other employees have access to this account, can I keep track of their purchases?
Yes. Detail is automatically provided for current purchases. However, we recommend establishing cardmember accounts in order to track purchase activity by employee.
How do I apply for a Sears Commercial One account?
There are 3 easy ways to apply:
- Call 1-800-599-9710
- Visit www.SearsCard.com, select the link for Sears Commercial One and download the appropriate application-general business or property management.
- Ask an associate for an application while in your local Sears or Sears affiliate store.
What other benefits are available to Sears' business customers?
Access to the Sears Business Resource Center (SBR), which provides our customers with a variety of features to help you grow and manage your business.

Account Online
How do I pay my bill online?
There is no charge to pay your Sears Card® or Sears MasterCard bill securely online with Online Bill Payment. To register, select Pay Credit Card Online and then Enroll from the Make A Payment menu. When you enroll, you authorize your bank to electronically debit your checking or savings account to pay your bill. Remember, this will not happen automatically. You will need to sign-on each month to make a payment request.
Once I register, when can I begin making online payments?
During enrollment, we'll check to see if you've made a payment to this card account, from this bank account, in the last 6 months. If so, you'll be authorized to make a payment right away. If our system is unable to validate your bank account immediately, it will take 6 business days to verify your information and process your enrollment.
When are my online payments credited to my account?
If we receive your request to make an online payment by 5 p.m. Eastern Time on a bank business day, your payment will post to your credit card account that business day. If we receive your request to make a payment after 5 p.m., your payment will post on the next business day. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.
Do you charge a fee to pay online?
No. The online payment feature is free. The minimum payment has to be at least $10 and not greater than your current balance.
Will I continue to receive statements in the mail if I pay my bill online?
Yes, you will still receive your statements by mail. Note: you can also view your statements by going to View My Account and selecting Statements.
If I pay online, can I still make payments by mail?
Yes. You can pay your bill by mail, online, in-store, or any combination of the 3. When Online Bill Payment is active, you must sign-on to make an online payment.

New Cards
Will a new card automatically be sent to me when my card expires?
Your account status is reviewed at the time of expiration. If it is open and in good standing, a new card(s) is automatically sent to you if you qualify. A new card(s) is sent to you prior to the expiration date so you will have it when the old one expires.

AccountCare®
Do I have to pay for AccountCare when I don't have a balance on my account?
You only pay when you have an Account Balance shown on your billing statement. If you pay your Account Balance before the Billing Cycle Closing Date shown on your statement, you will not be charged for AccountCare. Learn more about the optional AccountCare program costs.
Does it cost anything additional to have extra coverage for another authorized user?
AccountCare provides protection for an authorized user at no additional cost. To be eligible, the authorized user must be a spouse or domestic partner, must reside in your household, and must be at least 18 years old.

How can I find out if I am eligible?
AccountCare is available to Sears cardmembers of Citibank who are in good standing as determined by Citibank.
