Is the online application secure?
Yes, all Shell Card and Shell credit card online applications are
secure. Citi Cards uses one of the most secure encryption technologies
available.
Are Shell Card accounts revolving or non-revolving?
The personal cards are revolving, which permit customers to pay
the minimum payment due, instead of paying the full balance. The Shell
Fleet Plus card accounts do not have a revolving credit feature.
What is the credit limit?
Your credit limit will be assigned when the application is reviewed
and will then be reflected on your monthly statement.
Why do you need my social security number?
It's used for identification and to establish the account.

Can I use my Shell Card to get extra cash?
Yes, you can use the Shell Drive for FiveSM Card and Shell Select Member Card at
any ATM nationwide. The Shell Fleet cards do not have ATM access
(Cash Advance fees will apply).
Do most Shell stations allow you to pay
at the pump?
This convenience is available at many of the thousands of Shell
locations nationwide.
Is there an extra fee for ordering cards
on my account for family members?
No, just call the Shell Customer Service Center at 1-800-331-3703
and request additional cards.
