A PURCHASE OR CARD APPLICATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING

  1. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States & the District of Columbia (except NJ, VA and MD), who are 18 or older as of date of entry. Employees of Citicorp Credit Services, Inc. (USA) and Exxon Mobil Corporation, employees of Euro RSCG Worldwide, Inc., and employees of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, dealers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
  2. THREE WAYS TO ENTER:
    1. USE YOUR EXXONMOBIL PERSONAL CARD (OR SPEEDPASS™ TIED TO THE CARD): Each time you use your credit card for a purchase during the period 04/1/10 - 06/30/10, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes for the week your transaction was made. See Rule #3 for a schedule of drawings. Balance transfers, cash advances, card fees, returned purchases and disputed transactions will not result in an entry. Fraudulent transactions and cards tampered with or otherwise altered are not eligible for entry. Non-winning entries will be included in subsequent weekly drawings.
    2. APPLY FOR AN EXXONMOBIL PERSONAL CARD: Complete and submit an application for an ExxonMobil Personal Card via one of the following: A) MAIL by obtaining an application (available while supplies last) at participating Exxon and Mobil locations, B) TELEPHONE by calling 1-866-379-1010, to apply over the phone with ExxonMobil Card Services or C) ONLINE by visiting www.exxonmobilcard.com and following the on-screen directions. All completed applications (regardless of whether approved or declined) will have an equal chance of winning. No mechanically reproduced applications permitted. Not responsible for illegible/lost/late/mutilated/postage due, misdirected applications or applications not received in time for any random drawing. You will receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes for the week your application is received. Maximum one entry per person, regardless of the number of applications submitted. See Rule #3 for details on weekly drawing dates. Non-winning entries will be included in subsequent weekly drawings.
    3. NO PURCHASE OR CARD APPLICATION NECESSARY: To enter the sweepstakes, handprint on a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper your complete name and mailing address (no P.O. Boxes) and date of birth. Each submission received will equal four (4) entries. You may enter more than once during the sweepstakes; however, there is a limit of one (1) submission per outer mailing envelope. Mail your submission in an envelope no larger than a #10 (business-size envelope) with 1st-class postage affixed, to: ExxonMobil Personal Card Win A Smart For Two Entries, P.O. Box 5630, Blair, NE 68009-5630. If you wish, you may select a specific Drawing Week number for which you would like to be entered. This (optional) number must be clearly written on the front of the mailing envelope in the lower-left corner. If no number is indicated, your entry will be included in the earliest available drawing. If you indicate a Drawing Week number and your submission is not received within 7 days of the close of that Drawing Week, your entry will be included in the next available drawing. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Illegible entries are void. Not responsible for lost/late/mutilated/postage due/misdirected entries or entries not received in time for any random drawing. Non-winning entries will be included in subsequent weekly drawings.

  4. RANDOM DRAWINGS: A total of thirteen (13) individual random drawings will be conducted, one for each Drawing Week. Each drawing will be conducted approximately ten (10) days after the close of its entry period, by D. L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Grand Prize winners will be notified by express overnight carrier and First Prize winners will be notified by mail. The estimated odds of winning a Grand Prize are 1:8,268,600; the estimated odds of winning a First Prize are 1:53,800. Actual odds of winning a prize will depend on the actual number of eligible entries received for that prize. Limit one (1) prize per household.
  5. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: (13) Grand Prizes (1 available in each drawing) - One 2010 Smart ForTwo Coupe (MSRP $15,000); (2,000) First Prizes - (154 available in each of the first 11 drawings and 153 available in each of the last 2 drawings) A $20 ExxonMobil Gift Card. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Total value of all prizes available to be won is $235,000.
  6. GENERAL RULES: Potential Grand Prize winners will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and, if legally permissible, a publicity release within (7) days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate Grand Prize winner will be selected. If winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of a parent/legal guardian. No substitution or transfer of prize by winners permitted except that Grand Prize winners may choose to receive a check for $15,000 in lieu of the prize stated in Rule #5. Winners will be responsible for all federal, state and local income taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold Sponsor and Exxon Mobil Corporation, and their respective directors/officers/employees/assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. All Grand Prize winners (regardless of their elected prize option) agree to be photographed with a Smart For Two Coupe at the request of Sponsor, at Sponsor's expense. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name, photograph and/or likeness for purposes of advertising/trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency in any sweepstakes materials, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical problems, delays in processing transactions or applications, computer/electronic malfunction/human error/malfunctions of telephone lines/computer systems/servers/providers/hardware/software/lost or unavailable network connections or failed/incomplete/garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. The Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to any participant's computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Entries that are suspected of being fraudulent (e.g., those using robotic/automatic/programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if an entrant fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel/suspend/modify any method of entry if fraud, misconduct or technical failures inherent to that method of entry destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus/bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration/security or proper administration of the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination of any method of entry, all remaining drawings will be conducted from among all eligible entries received from such method of entry prior to termination (of such method of entry) and all remaining entries received from non-terminated methods of entry. Proof of submitting entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor.
  7. WINNERS: For names of the Grand Prize winners, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped (#10) envelope to: ExxonMobil Personal Card "Win A Smart For Two" Winners, Department M, P.O. Box 5701, Blair, NE 68009-5701, to be received by 07/30/10.
