The Rewards Program is effective from the date of your enrollment in the program for new purchases charged to your enrolled credit card. One dollar charged equals one point. The program is based on net purchases and does not include cash advances, balance transfers, finance charges, credit line checks or any account fees. Your credit card account must be open and not in default and you must be enrolled in the Rewards Program to earn and redeem your points.

Maximum accumulations are 10,000 points per billing cycle. You may earn a maximum of 64,000 points in a calendar year. If unused, points will expire three years after the date earned. Points redeemed and/or expired, if applicable, will be based on a first-in, first-out process.

You may earn points on one or more accounts provided that each account is enrolled in the Rewards Program and you do not default under any card agreement. You may not combine points from different accounts to redeem points from more than one account on the redemption of any rewards.

Rewards Program points may not be used in conjunction with any other coupon offer or discount. Rewards Program points may not be redeemed for cash. No cash refunds will be issued upon redemption of Rewards Program points.

Reward Redemption - Merchandise and Gift Certificates

Merchandise and Gift Certificate Rewards include applicable sales tax and shipping and handling (via first-class mail or ground delivery service within the continental U.S.).

Citibank, the program provider, reserves the right to alter, substitute, or terminate any or all Merchandise and Gift Certificate Rewards for any reason. Merchandise and Gift Certificate Rewards are subject to availability and restrictions may apply.

Returns are only accepted for Merchandise that is damaged, defective, or misshipped. The manufacturer's warranty applies to all Merchandise Rewards offered.

Delivery of Merchandise or Gift Certificate Rewards will be made by ground delivery service or first-class mail. Please allow four to six weeks for delivery from time of order. The cardholder will be notified of any delays by postcard, letter or phone call. Rewards may be expedited by overnight delivery service for an additional charge. Merchandise shipments cannot be made to a P.O. Box.

Rewards will be sent to the cardholder's address unless otherwise instructed. Merchandise or Gift Certificate Reward shipments are the sole responsibility of the cardholder. Shipping costs for delivery of Merchandise or Gift Certificate Rewards outside the continental U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as International shipping costs will be the responsibility of the cardholder.

Gift Certificates are non-transferable unless otherwise noted on the Gift Certificate.
Gift Certificates may not be combined with any other promotional offers from Citibank or participating reward providers. In the event goods and services received are less than the face value of the Gift Certificate redeemed, the policy of the reward provider will determine whether credit or Gift Certificate value for the difference will be given.

Gift Certificates are valid at participating reward suppliers only, through the expiration date printed on the Gift Certificate. Use of any Gift Certificate may be subject to additional restrictions listed on the Gift Certificate.

Gift Certificate Rewards are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired. Rewards are not returnable, exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash or credit under any circumstances.

Gift Certificates must be surrendered at redemption, are void if altered, and no photocopies of Gift Certificates will be honored.

Gift Certificates have no value except when used in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of program and participating suppliers.

Program Cancellation

Enrollment in the Rewards Program may be canceled at any time by the cardholder. Any earned and unused points will be forfeited upon cancellation.

General

There is an annual $25 Rewards membership fee for enrollment in the Rewards Program.

In the event of fraud or abuse of Program privileges or violation of Program rules (including any attempt to sell, exchange or transfer Rewards Program points or any instrument exchangeable for Rewards Program Points, Citibank reserves the right to cancel your membership in the Rewards Program. The Program and benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Citibank. Citibank may terminate any portion thereof with 90 days prior written notice to you. This could result in forfeiture of earned Rewards Program points.

Citibank and its affiliates make no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind concerning the Program rewards. Program rewards are void where prohibited by federal, state or local laws or regulations and are subject to change as may be necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations. You release Citibank and its affiliates from any and all liability regarding redemption or use of rewards.

The Rewards Program is available on credit cards issued by Citibank, N.A., and certain of their bank affiliates, and is subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the enrolled credit card account.
