CitiDirect Receivables is a web-enabled cash management solution, which brings collections information straight to the customer's desktop on a real-time basis.

Convenience and Access:
CitiDirect Receivables allows Citibank® customers to view and download account balances, statements and cash management reports directly to their desktops on an online real-time basis. SpeedCollect's unique imaging facility allows customers to access every detail on all receivables simply at the click of a mouse.

With CitiDirect Receivables, Citibank® customers can view and print images of deposit slips, return checks, return memos and checks deposited. The service also provides online linkage and retrieval of physical images of documents that underlie the basic accounting entry and transaction, allowing customers to instantly call up visual records of all payment instruments. Customers can use SpeedCollect's powerful customer query option to query reports and images by data, amount or product.

CitiDirect Receivables also features a user-friendly download feature, which enables customers to receive data that is compatible with back-end and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems - thereby avoiding the hassles of floppy disks and other physical media.

Advanced Security Technology:
CitiDirect Receivables uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and Verisign certificates, which encrypt the dialup session between the customer's browser and server. Dial-up sessions are routed over Citibank's exclusive telecommunications network infrastructure that has built-in network level security.
