Citibank Credit Card customers who register for the Lifeline Annual Membership may freeze their membership thrice, from 15 days to 4 months, to allow them to extend their membership according to how many days/months they were not able to come to Lifeline. However, suspension should not exceed more than one day of the maximum number of suspension, otherwise the Membership will be invalid.

Citibank Credit Card members would also be given 20% discount on Lifeline's other services such as Group Classes (Aerobics, GAQ attack, Body attack, Tae-Bo, Min-marathon, Circuit training, and Swimming Classes), and Saloon Services.
