Morgan Fleming, Fidelity, etc. You can switch from one CitiChoice
Multi-Manager Fund to another after the initial 3-year period. |

| What you are charged: |

The Citibank® Retirement Savings Plan has
lower charges than most long-term investment Plans, thereby
making
your money work harder for you. Only 5% of your monthly contribution
is used towards the Plan charges. (A fee of 5% of the total
3-year contribution amount up to a maximum of US$ 500 would
be imposed for all cancellations within the first 3 years of
the plan). |
