Register for E-Statements and enjoy the following benefits:

  • Get your E-Statements within 24 hours from your statement date.
  • Access your E-Statements anywhere, any time.
  • You can organize your statements more efficiently while improving our combined carbon footprint.
  • Banking customers can also view their E-Statements on Citibank Online and have a record of their statements for the last 3 years.

Banking customers:
Register for E-Statements by signing on to Citibank Online (Go to Account Info – E-Statements).

Credit Card customers:
Call our 24-hour CitiPhone Banking Service on +971 4 311 4000 and provide a preferred and secondary email address on which you wish to receive your E-Statements.

Once you register for E-Statements your paper statements will be stopped from the next statement cycle and you will start receiving your e-mail statement notifications.

We do understand that you might require a paper statement for a particular period:

  • Simply call our 24-hour CitiPhone Banking Service on +971 4 311 4000 and place your request.
  • The regular fee as per Schedule of Fees & Charges for Citibank N.A., UAE would be charged for every paper statement request.
  • Once your statements are generated, based on your request, they will be held at our branch for you to collect or mailed across to you on the address in our records.

You are requested to call our 24-hour CitiPhone Banking Service on +971 4 311 4000 for any of the below:

  • In the event that you do not receive your E-Statement at least 3 days after your monthly Statement Date.
  • For any issues pertaining to your E-Statement
