Payment of Etisalat Bills (landline, fax, GSM and dial up internet line) and Wasel recharge is possible via sms.

For Registration
- Call +971 4 311 4000, press 1 for Arabic or 2 for English and then press 3 for Utility Bill Payment or Wasel Recharge
- Enter your Credit Card number followed by your TPIN
- Press 1 for Etisalat Payments which will automatically lead to SMS registration ( if not registered earlier) or Press 2 for Utility Bill Payments followed by 4 for SMS registration
- Enter your primary mobile number (This mobile will be used to send and receive SMS)
- You can then register up to 10 Etisalat Consumer Account Numbers that you would like to pay by SMS

Payment through Citibank Online
All of the following Utility bills can be paid through Citibank Credit Card by signing on to Citibank Online, at no extra cost.
- Etisalat (landline, fax, E-vision, Al Shamil and dial up internet line)
- DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority)
- SEWA (Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority)
- ADDC (Abu Dhabi Distribution Company)
- AADC (Al Ain Distribution Company)
