Utility Bill Payments - Step-by-Step Guide

To pay your Utility Bills on Citibank Online, you will first have to setup your Utility Company Account Number (Etisalat, DEWA/SEWA/AADC or ADDC) as a Payee.

Setup a Payee for Utility Bill Payments:

1. Click on "Transfers & Payments" menu and click on "Add a new Payee" under Payee List.
2. Click on your Utility Company for which you wish to setup a Payee. Please make a note of the instructions for setting up your Utility Company Account Number as mentioned on this page.
3. Enter your Utility Bill Account number and click "Next". This number will be validated by the system and an incorrect payee account number will not be accepted. Follow subsequent instructions to complete the Payee setup.

1. Select your Bank Account or Credit Card account from which you wish to pay your Utility Bill
2. Select the Utility Company Payee from the drop-down lists
3. Enter the amount of your utility bill and click "Next"



4. Check details displayed on the recap screen and click on 'Make this Payment"



5. Enter your Password using the virtual keyboard to authorize this transaction.
