Introducing the enhanced Funds Transfer Service with Payee Activation.

Now whenever you add a new Payee on Citibank Online for transfering funds to an external bank account*, you will have to activate the Payee by calling CitiPhone Banking on +9714 311 4000.

Quick tips for setting up and activating a Payee on Citibank Online:

1. The destination account for a funds transfer has to be setup as a new Payee the first time. You are informed of the setup process on the first screen while adding the Payee.

2. To activate the payee, call CitiPhone Banking on +9714 311 4000 and follow these easy steps:

• Select the language of your choice and press 1 for Services
• Enter your 16-digit CitiCard number followed by your TPIN**
• Select the option for Banking Services
• Press 5 to Activate Payee and follow the instructions
  Once you have activated the payee, you can execute the funds transfer on Citibank Online.

3. If you are registered onto Citibank Alerting Service, while setting up the Payee, you can choose to receive the Online Authorization Code via an SMS message on your mobile phone. This code can be used to activate the payee on Citibank Online.

4. On successful payee activation, you are allowed to execute the funds transfer on Citibank Online.
