How to activate a payee using your online authorization code. Before you login into CBOL keep the authorization code handy.

Step1:
Login with your 16-digit CitiCard/Credit Card number and Cash Withdrawal PIN.




Step2:
Click on Transfer and Payments icon from the top menu. Click on the ‘Activate Payee’ link on this screen to activate your payee with the online authorization code that was sent to you via an SMS message on your mobile phone.




Step 3:
Click on the Payee that you would like to activate.




Step 4:
Enter the 6-digit numeric code on this screen and click on ‘Activate Payee’. You get 3 attempts to successfully activate the payee and on the 3rd incorrect attempt the payee will be deleted from your account records and you will have to set it up again on Citibank Online.




Step 5:
This is a confirmation that you have successfully activated the Payee. You can now proceed with the Funds Transfer on Citibank Online.
