For investments securities that are not pledged as collateral, they may be redeemed by sending the below attached redemption form through:

All items marked as mandatory on the form will be required to be filled for acceptance of redemption instructions.
Citibank will customarily transmit the customer’s redemption order to the applicable fund house within a reasonable time frame following its receipt and will have the same executed on a best effort basis. Citibank shall not be held liable for any delays / losses experienced for any reasons.
Please note that an additional loss letter will be required in the event of an investment loss occurrence of at least $10,000, due to the difference between subscription price and redemption price. This information will be communicated to you through a recorded call back during processing of your redemption request. (Loss letter attached below).
An advice will be dispatched to you after complete processing of the investment redemption has been conducted.

Important Information

Insurance redemption / surrender requests downloaded from this website should be submitted in-person to the applicable insurance company and should be in original form (i.e. wet ink signatures).

Original (Wet ink signatures) documents can also be couriered directly to the applicable insurance company, however they must be notarized by a public notary for verification purposes.
