You can also transfer funds via Citibank Online, our online banking service. The following fund transfers are supported online:

• Instant transfer to a global Citibank account (Citibank Global Transfers)*
• Transfer to a Rupee Checking Account
• Transfer to any non-Citibank account outside UAE
*You will need to add your destination account as a Payee on Citibank Online and activate the Payee before you execute the funds transfer. Payee activation can be done on Citibank Online by entering the Online Authorization Code that was sent to you via SMS or by using our 24-hour CitiPhone Banking Service (Automated Voice Response System). |

You may receive a call to confirm the transactions and its details if the instructions are sent to the Branches or Financial Centers through messengers Or through FAX . The remittance may not be executed unless the callback to you is completed
2. Please ensure that your local and overseas contact numbers are updated, for the bank to be able to reach you if required. Attempts will be made to reach you only on the numbers on our records.
3. Citibank shall not be liable for any act or omission of any correspondent or paying bank or for any error or delay in transmission.
4. Please note the fund transfers will be rejected by the beneficiary bank if any of the Required Information is missing or incomplete.
5. Citibank will not be responsible for any late charges, interest claims and/or any other losses or damages (including, but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential damages/losses) you may suffer as result of beneficiary bank not processing any wire instructions.
6. Prevailing exchange rates at the time of processing will be applicable.
7. A fee per transfer will be debited along with the transaction amount, as mentioned in the Schedule of Charges.
8. You may be unable to obtain full value pursuant to a telegraphic transfer on account of exchange or other restrictions applicable in the country of payment or country of issue or due to the paying bank or charges and fees of the paying bank.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE U.S.GOVERNMENT HAS IN PLACE SANCTIONS AGAINST CERTAIN COUNTRIES, RELATED ENTITIES AND INDIVIDUALS. UNDER THESE SANCTIONS CITIBANK N.A.
