**To access this service, you will need to first add the destination account as a payee on Citibank Online. For fund transfers, the payee should also be activated. All fund transfer options will be available only when you sign on to Citi Mobile with your Citibank Debit Card account.

For a fast resolution, please describe the situation providing as many details as possible - the manufacturer and model of your phone, the name of your Internet browser, the date and time of error. If possible, please attach a photo of the incorrect Citi Mobile page.
You can add a new payee on Citibank Online by selecting the "Transfers & Payments - Add / Manage Payees - Add Payees". For all Funds Transfer payees, you'll need to activate the payee by entering the Online Authorisation Code on Citibank Online "Transfers & Payments - Add / Manage Payees - Activate Payee" option or via CitiPhone Banking Service on +97 1 4 311 4000.
You can request for a reminder of your User Name through the initial Sign on screen of Citibank Online, by clicking on the Forgot User Name link where you'll be asked to enter your Credit/Debit Card Number, Date of Birth (if you're registering with your Credit Card) and ATM PIN.
You can reset your Password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the initial "Sign On" screen of Citibank Online. You'll first be asked to validate yourself by entering your User Name, Credit/Debit Card Number, Account Number, Date of Birth (if you're registering with your Credit Card) and ATM PIN. And before resetting your Password, you'll also be asked to enter two of your Security Question answers that you defined during registration.
This option is only available through Citibank Online. You may change your User Name and Password after you sign on to Citibank Online through your PC.
