- If this is your first transfer to this payee, click here for details on setting up a new payee.
- Select the account you wish to transfer funds from and select the payee

- You then have the option of entering the amount that you want to be debited from your account or the amount that you want credited to the destination account.
- Enter the transfer amount, message, sender name and select the 'Purpose of Transfer' from the drop-down list provided.

- The information entered by you is displayed on the recap screens along with the foreign exchange rate and fee that is applicable for Citibank Global Transfers.
- Once you have verified the information displayed on the recap screen, you will have to enter your Cash Withdrawal Password to submit the transfer.

- Once you have successfully submitted the transfer you will see the confirmation screen that will have your CGT details and a transfer reference number that you could quote in case of a query.
