Our leadership programs give you a rapid-fire taste of Citibank diversity by rotating you through a series of positions within an 18-month period. As a participant you'll receive solid, hands-on experience in a challenging job assignment, coupled with sophisticated web-based training led by experts from the Citibank Learning Center. |
