For registration:

Step 1 :	Call +971 4 311 4000, press 2 for English and then press 3 for Utility Bill Payment or Wasel Recharge

Step 2 :	Enter your Credit Card number followed by your TPIN*

Steo 3 :	Press 1 for Etisalat and Du Menu and Press 4 for SMS registration

Step 4 :	Enter your primary mobile number (This mobile will be used to send and receive SMS)

Step 5 :	You can then register up to 10 Etisalat and Du Consumer Account Numbers that you would like to pay by SMS.

Please have your utility bill ready with you at the time of payment.

Step 1 :	Sign on to Citibank Online with your Citibank Credit Card / ATM-Debit Card number and ATM PIN.

Step 2 :	Click on 'Transfers & Payments'.

Steo 3 :	Click on 'Add Payee' to register your utility bill account details. You need to do this registration only once.

Step 4 :	Click on 'Utility Bill Payments' and make your payment.

Step 5 :	The payment towards your Etisalat and Du, water-electricity bills will be processed in 3 working days.

For the purpose of determining the CitiDollars or Skywards Miles or Citi Miles earned, the sum of the value of all bills paid by Citibank Credit Cardmembers on all their basic cards and their supplementary cards will be taken into account. The CitiDollars / Skywards Miles/ Citi Miles earned by Citibank Credit Cardmembers for a given month will be credited by the 10th of the next month. In case the Citibank Credit Cardmember has two basic cards, the card on which the Utility Bill Payment is higher for the given month will be credited with CitiDollars or Skywards Miles or Citi Miles earned as applicable.
