Points to remember

Payment for mobile number, landline and recharge can be made.
Home service (landline +TV+ Internet) or only landline can be paid.
Cable, E-vision, Internet cannot be paid only package payment can be made.
No reversal once payment is made.
No restrictions for partial payment of your bill amount.
Facility for payment available only on IVR.
Citibank Online and Debit Card payment not available currently, will be available on Phase 2, which will be communicated as and when we are ready.
Once recharge is done, Customer will receive confirmation message with all the details.
"More Credit" Get free extra credit in addition to the face value of the recharge denomination. The entire credit is to be used within the specified validity period.
"More Time" Normal recharge option, where the credit you get equals the face value of the recharge denomination and is valid for life.
Once you have selected "more credit "or"more time" option for a recharge, it is not possible to change the selection for that transaction.
Minimum amount of AED 20 for recharge and Payment.
Maximum amount AED 5,000 for recharge and Payment.
The amount rechargeable should be in multiples of tens.
