| Citibank Alerting Service provides you with information on your Citibank Credit Card or Banking Account or any other financial relationship that you may have with Citibank - through reminders, alerts and confirmations. For example, it could alert you when your salary gets credited to your account or confirm that the fund transfer you had requested has been done. |

Account Alerts [Credit Cards] - All Account Alerts are processed from the next business day. |
|
| Statement Information |
|
| The Statement Information alert will notify you on the first business day after your statement is generated and will provide you with details of your minimum due, due date, total amount spend and available limit on your card(s). |
|
| Payment Due Notification |
|
| The Payment Due Notification alert will notify you about the status of the minimum amount due on your statement two business days before thedue date indicated in the statement. |
|
| Supplementary Card Spending |
|
| The Supplementary Card Spending alert will send you an alert with the details of the Current Balance for each one of your supplementary cards corresponding to the basic card number for which you have subscribed. |
|
| Renewal of Credit Card |
|
| You will a receive renewal notice for your Basic card(s) as well as Supplementary card(s) & e-card renewals. |
|
| Fraud Notification |
|
| The Fraud Notification alert will notify you about possible unauthorized transactions on your credit card account on a best effort basis. On receipt of these alerts, you must get in touch with Citibank on the contact number notified in the message. |

| Credit Card Transaction |
|
| You will receive an alert each time you make a transaction on your basic credit card(s). The alert will contain the last 4 digits of your credit card number, the transaction amount, the name of the merchant, date and available credit limit. |

| Supplementary Card Transaction |
|
| The basic card holder will receive an alert each time a retail transaction is made on the supplementary credit card(s). The alert will contain the last 4 digits of your credit card number, the transaction amount, the name of the merchant, date and available credit limit. |

|
| The account balance alert will send you details of the balance in your account. |

| Salary Credit To My Account |
|
| If your salary is credited with Citibank (in normal arrangement with your company) you will receive this alert. |

| Incoming Funds Transfer (Local Currency) |
|
| This Alert will give you details of the funds that were transfered into your account in local currency. |
|
| Incoming Funds Transfer (Foreign Currency) |
|
| This Alert will give you details of the funds that were transfered into your account in foreign currency. |
|
| Outgoing Funds Transfer (Local Currency) |
|
| This Alert will give you details of the funds that were transfered out of your account in local currency. |
|
| Outgoing Funds Transfer (Foreign Currency) |
|
| This Alert will give you details of the funds that were transfered out of your account in foreign currency. |

| Cheque Deposited Into My Account RETURNED UNPAID |
|
| This Alert will give you details of the cheque that was deposited into your account and which was returned unpaid. |

| Cheque Issued from my account RETURNED UNPAID |
|
| This Alert will give you details of the cheque that was issued from your account and which was returned unpaid. |

| Time Deposit Maturity |
|
| This Alert will inform you when your Time Deposit matures. |
|
| Time Deposit Renewal |
|
| This Alert will inform you when your Time Deposit is due for renewal. |
|
| Time Deposit Redemption |
|
| This Alert will give you details on your Time Deposit redemption |
|
| Account Overdrawn |
|
| This Alert will inform you when your bank account has been over drawn. |

|
- Sign on to your Citibank Online account, on the left hand panel select 'Citibank Alerting Service'
- Enter or modify your name, email address and mobile number and select, 'Yes, I want to subscribe to Citibank Alerting Service.'
- Select 'Account Alerts' hyperlink at the bottom of the page
- The Credit Card Alerts listed below will be available for you to select from. You can modify the cards to enroll, the notification method and notification frequency.

- Credit Card Transaction: You can revise the transaction amount above which you want to receive alerts
- Supplementary Card Transaction: The Supplementary Card Spending alert will send you an alert with the details of the Current Balance for each one of your supplementary cards corresponding to the basic card number for which you have subscribed.

| Opt Out |
|
- Sign on to your Citibank Online account, on the left hand panel select 'Citibank Alerting Service'
- If you want to opt out of all alerts, unselect, 'Yes, I want to subscribe to Citibank Alerting Service.' If you want to opt out of certain alert then do not unselect and proceed to step 3
- Select 'Account Alerts' hyperlink at the bottom of the page

- Account-Specific alerts provide you with information related to your accounts with Citibank. Once enrolled, you can start receiving alerts via SMS or Email, as required. We will send the Alerts to your U.A.E. Mobile number and/or e-mail address you provide on your application or an email address or mobile number you subsequently inform us about, so you should ensure that such are confidential to you and cannot be accessed by others.
- You acknowledge and accept that each Alert is sent to you in an unencrypted format and may include information relating to your Account. You should ensure any information received by you in an Alert is kept secure.
- You can change your mobile number or e-mail address to which you wish to receive Alerts by contacting us.
- We will only send Alerts to one e-mail address and/or one mobile number per Account.
- Alerts are subject to the Terms and Conditions of your agreement(s) with your mobile phone network provider and/or internet service provider. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your mobile phone service and/or internet service provider of any kind whatsoever relating to the Alerting Service.
- We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, such as failures of any machine, data processing system or similar.
- Citibank neither guarantees the delivery, accuracy, security, nor confidentiality of the contents of an Alert. You should promptly update Citibank of any change to your email address and/or mobile number. Citibank shall not be liable to you or anyone else for any losses or damages arising from the Alerts service including but not limited to (a) a non-delivery, delayed delivery, wrong delivery or partial delivery of an Alert; (b) inaccurate contents of an Alert; (c) access to the contents of an Alert by any unauthorized persons; or (d) your use or reliance on the content of an Alert for any purposes including investment and business purposes.
- Citibank reserves the right to charge for this service. Citibank reserves the right to refuse or terminate any request by me for an Alert at any time. Citibank shall be entitled to vary the terms and conditions relating to the Alerts service.
