Qassam attacks in part reflects the intensity of
this communication.
It is time for governments and the private
sector to super-charge their collaboration the
way FDR did in the lead up to World War II. It is
the only way to confront the challenges of the
digital world’s cyber threats. This is a call to
action, which begins at home and grows with
deliberately extending cross-border circles of
trust. We can only hope that it will be met with
the same success that we have had at other
times in our nation’s history.
