Citi to Provide Overseas Pensions to Italian Retirees

We would like to inform you that, from 1 February 2012, the Istituto Nazionale della Previdenza Sociale (INPS) will partner with Citi to provide pension benefit payments for pensioners, who like yourself, reside abroad.

Setting up your new pension payments

Citi has sent you an Introductory Communication which you have received or are about to receive shortly. This Introductory Communication package includes an Introduction Letter, a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Booklet, a Life Certificate Form (yellow form) and a Joint Bank Account Declaration Form. For your convenience, we have also included pre-addressed return envelopes in the package. The Life Certificate Form (yellow form) must be filled out in full, signed and returned, accompanied by the requested documents. The completed form must be received, no later than 2 June 2012, to the following address: PO BOX 69957, London, E14 1NJ, United Kingdom. If this does not occur, your pension payments may be suspended as of 01 July 2012.

In the event that your pension payment is paid into a joint account, you must also complete the Joint Bank Account Declaration Form in full and return it by 15 December 2011 to the above address.

Please read the information booklet "Frequently Asked Questions" included in your Introductory Communication package or click on the FAQ section of this website for further information on Life Certificate and/or Joint Account Declaration.

Joint Account Declaration

In the event that your pension payment is paid into a joint account, please complete the Joint Bank Account Declaration Form, which you will find in your welcome pack, in full and send it by 15 December 2011.
