Citi Overseas Pensions to Italian Retirees
Since 1 February 2012, the Istituto Nazionale della Previdenza Sociale (INPS) has partnered with Citi to provide pension benefit payments for pensioners, who like yourself, reside abroad.
Your pension payments
Citi has a contractual obligation to verify the life existence of all pensioners residing abroad at least once per year.
On 24 January 2014, Citi sent a Life Certificate Pack to pensioners which must be completed in full and received to PO Box 4873, Worthing BN99 3BG, United Kingdom no later than 3 June 2014. Enclosed in the pack, pensioners will receive Life Certificate Form (yellow form) and a comprehensive letter with relevant instructions on how to complete the forms. The completion of this certificate and its delivery to Citi, according to the provided instructions, will ensure that you will continue to receive your pension payment until the next Proof of Life verification cycle. Failure to return the Life Certificate Form, duly completed, signed, dated and accompanied by Supporting Documentation could result in suspension of your pension payments.
The Life Certificate Form is unique for each pensioner and is intended to be used exclusively by the same pensioner. It cannot be shared or photocopied. In the event that you need a new Life Certificate Form, please contact the Citi INPS Pensioner Support Team.
Do I need to go to a Citi Branch?
There is no need to go to a Citi branch office. The Citi INPS Pensioner Support Team is available to answer all of your questions, including those pertaining to the required forms.

IMPORTANT: In order to assist Citi in correctly executing your future pension payments, we ask you to complete the Life Certificate Form attached to the letter you have received and return it by the date indicated on the letter you have received.
In the performance of the payment services, Citi will process your personal information, as the data processor, in compliance with the privacy legislation provided for by Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no. 196, et seq., and within the limits of the instructions provided by INPS, as data controller.
