Working with Greenwich Associates, a third party research-based consulting firm, Citi Transaction Services conducts a survey to understand the key issues facing our Treasury and Trade Solutions clients. The insights gathered are used to drive our Action Planning Process which enables improvements across the Citi Transaction Services' franchise. Client First is an integral part of our commitment to making it easier for you to do business with Citi, and allowing us to provide the best customer experience at every touch-point we share.
