Citi® Prepaid Services rapidly implemented a fully customized consumer incentive program for Michelin which delivered a focus on quality through innovative technology, allowing their customers to have immediate access to their incentive funds with online and point-of-sale purchasing capabilities, fund security with continuous fraud monitoring, "Zero Liability" and FDIC fund protection for consumers and overall performance with rapid delivery, comprehensive 24/7 multilingual cardholder support and unique brand extension for Michelin. The solution also provides streamlined payment delivery operations with a dedicated Citi Prepaid support team overseeing the file processing and financial operations of the program.
The Result
The Citi Prepaid Services consumer incentive solution developed for Michelin eliminated the need for paper rebate checks, replacing them with immediate electronic payments delivered directly to custom Michelin Prepaid Visa® Cards personalized for the customer. This solution allows funds to be instantly accessed by the cardholder and leverages unique brand extension for Michelin by providing true "wallet share" by placing the "Michelin Man" directly in the cardholder's wallet reminding them of Michelin brand every time they use their card.
Also, the Citi Prepaid Team provides comprehensive, dedicated marketing, creative and operational program support for Michelin.
