CitiManager® Card Management Portal

CitiManager® Card Management Portal for Program Administrators – Wednesday, May 7th @ 1 p.m. CT

The CitiManager® Card Management Portal is the foundational management tool for both PAs and cardholders. It provides basic self-service tools for managing the Purchase and Travel Card Programs. It enables you to retrieve statements, as well as perform real-time account management and maintenance. It also serves as the Single Sign-On portal. During this session, you'll learn how to use the CitiManager portal, as well as how to leverage Citi's other online tools, including: Citi® Custom Reporting System (CRS), CitiDirect® Global Card Management System (GCMS) and Citi® Commercial Card Learning and System Support (CLASS).

Highlights of this session include:

  1. Learn how to create CitiManager user profiles
  2. Learn how to register a new cardholder
  3. Learn how to enable the Single Sign-on functionality for both new and existing CitiManager users
  4. Learn how to quickly and efficiently retrieve account statements and cardholder transaction activity
  5. Learn how to enable e-mail notifications for yourself and your cardholders

Global Card Management System (GCMS)

CitiDirect® Global Card Management System (Introductory) – Wednesday, May 14 @ 1 p.m. CT

The Global Card Management System (GCMS) allows management of your Citi Purchase and Travel Card Program. GCMS is a tool for managing cardholder authorization controls and accessing transaction information. In GCMS, you can perform cost allocation on transactions and print out a group of standardized program management reports.

In this session, we'll review:

  1. Overall system navigation
  2. How to search for accounts within GCMS
  3. How to review transactions and
  4. How to search for accounts within GCMS and change credit limits
  5. How to retrieve transaction activity and how to set-up real-time alerts
  6. How to search for authorization and decline transactions
  7. How to establish account groups

Citi Custom Reporting System (CCRS)

Citi Custom Reporting System (CCRS) – Wednesday, May 21st @ 1 p.m. CT

Please note: This session is recommended for Program Administrators with experience using Citi Custom Reporting System The CCRS reporting system allows Program Administrators to identify transactions that are not within program parameters, thereby automating the audit view process. This session is designed to help Program Administrators analyze reports and learn techniques that enable proactive card program management. You will be provided with an overview of the "Dynamic Report Builder", that allows you to create a new report or modify an existing reporting template. This session will cover the Data Dictionary and how you can add filters, prompts and apply special formats and edit reports. This session will also review the advanced "save" options feature for uploading reports to supporting systems. Additionally, we will review audit reports that can help you identify trends and anomalies within your Card program.

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions specific to their reporting needs.
