Moving from GCMS Maintenance Module to CitiManager Online Maintenance: Tuesday, February 9th @ 1 pm CT

This class will demonstrate how to view authorizations and perform account maintenance in CitiManager. Functions include updating client demographic information, optional accounting codes and employee IDs, spending controls and closing an account.

CitiManager Basic Navigation for Program Administrators: Wednesday, February 10th @ 1 p.m. CT

The CitiManager® Card Management Portal is the foundational management tool for both PAs and cardholders. It provides basic self-service tools for managing Commercial Card Programs. It enables you to retrieve statements, and perform real-time account maintenance for your cardholders. It also serves as the Single Sign-On portal for the Citi® Program Management Suite of tools. During this session, you'll learn how to use the CitiManager portal, as well as how to access Citi's other online tools, including: CitiĀ® Custom Reporting System (CCRS), Global Card Management System (GCMS) and Citi® Commercial Card Learning and System Support (CLASS).

Highlights of the session include:

Citi Custom Reporting System (CCRS)

Citi Custom Reporting System (CCRS): Thursday, February 17th @ 1 p.m. CT

Citi® Custom Reporting System (CCRS)
CCRS reporting allows PAs to identify transaction(s) that are not within program parameters, thereby automating the audit review process. This session is designed to help PAs analyze reports and learn techniques that will enable proactive management of a card program.

In this session, we will:

  1. Review the Dynamic Report Builder, allowing the user to build a report from scratch
  2. Discuss various terms used in report building/editing, i.e. Objects, Attributes, Metrics, Filters, Prompts and how they are used
  3. Learn how to use the Advanced Save options when creating and modifying reports
  4. Review audit reports that allow user to identify trends and anomalies within their program
  5. Review the Data Dictionary and how to search for various Objects for reporting
