CitiManager® Card Management Portal

CitiManager® Card Management Portal for Program Administrators – Wednesday, July 9th @ 1 p.m.

The CitiManager® Card Management Portal is the foundational management tool for both program administrators and cardholders. It provides basic self-service tools for managing the Purchase and Travel Card Programs. It enables you to retrieve statements, as well as perform real-time account management and maintenance. It also serves as the single sign-on portal. During this session, you will learn how to use the CitiManager portal, as well as how to leverage Citi's other online tools, including: Citi® Custom Reporting System (CRS), CitiDirect® Global Card Management System (GCMS) and Citi® Commercial Card Learning and System Support (CLASS). Highlights of the session include the following: creating a CitiManager user profiles, registering cardholders and converting new and existing users to single-sign-on for GCMS access. Also, the administrator will learn how to utilize the CitiManager modules to search for account statements, view cardholder transaction activity and establish email notifications.

Highlights of this session include:

  1. Learn how to create CitiManager user profiles
  2. Learn how to register a new cardholder
  3. Learn how to enable the Single Sign-on functionality for both new and existing CitiManager users
  4. Learn how to quickly and efficiently retrieve account statements and cardholder transaction activity
  5. Learn how to enable e-mail notifications for yourself and your cardholders

Global Card Management System (GCMS)

CitiDirect® Global Card Management System (Introductory) – Wednesday, July 16th @ 1 p.m. CT

GCMS allows management of your Citi Purchase and Travel Card Program. GCMS is a tool for managing cardholder authorization controls and accessing transaction information. In GCMS, you can perform cost allocation on transactions and print out a group of standardized program management reports. This session will review overall system navigation, as well as how to search for accounts, retrieve transaction activity, set-up real-time alerts, search for authorized and declined transactions and establish account groups.

In this session, we'll review:

  1. Overall system navigation to include setting up Administrator and Cardholder Profiles
  2. How to search for accounts within GCMS
  3. How to retrieve transaction activity and how to set-up real-time alerts
  4. How to search for declined transactions
  5. How to establish account groups

Citi Custom Reporting System (CCRS)

Citi CRS Reporting (Customized presentation based on attendee knowledge): Wednesday, July 23rd @ 1 p.m. CT

CCRS reporting system allows program administrators to identify transactions that are not within program parameters, thereby automating the audit view process. This session is designed to help program administrators analyze reports and learn techniques that enable proactive card program management. You will be provided with an overview of the reporting templates and shown how to create a new report or modify an existing reporting template. Additionally, we will review audit reports that can help you identify trends and anomalies within your card program. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions specific to their reporting needs.

In this session, Program Administrators will learn how to:

  1. Navigate both reporting systems: GCMS and CRS
  2. Schedule reports
  3. Run, view and edit reports
  4. Save report templates
  5. Sort and export reports
  6. Set-up user preferences within the platforms
