CitiManager® Card Management Portal

CitiManager® Card Management Portal for Program Administrators - Wednesday October 15th @ 1 p.m. CT

The CitiManager® Card Management Portal is the foundational management tool for both PAs and cardholders. It provides basic self-service tools for managing the Purchase and Travel Card Programs. It enables you to retrieve statements, as well as perform real-time account management and maintenance. It also serves as the Single Sign-On portal. During this session, you’ll learn how to use the CitiManager portal, as well as how to access Citi’s other online tools, including: Citi® Custom Reporting System (CRS), CitiDirect® Global Card Management System (GCMS) and Citi® Commercial Card Learning and System Support (CLASS).

Highlights of this session include:

  1. Learn how to create CitiManager user profiles
  2. Learn how to register a new cardholder
  3. how to enable the Single Sign-on functionality for both new and existing CitiManager users
  4. Learn how to quickly and efficiently retrieve account statements and cardholder transaction activity
  5. Learn how to enable e-mail notifications for yourself and your cardholders

Global Card Management System (GCMS)

CitiDirect® Global Card Management System (GCMS) - Friday, October 24th @ 1 p.m. CT

The Global Card Management System (GCMS) allows management of your Citi Purchase and Travel Card Program. GCMS is a tool for managing cardholder authorization controls and accessing transaction information. In GCMS, you can perform cost allocation on transactions and print out a group of standardized program management reports.

In this session, we’ll review:

  1. Overall system navigation to include setting up Administrator and Cardholder Profiles
  2. How to search for accounts within GCMS
  3. How to retrieve transaction activity and how to set-up real-time alerts
  4. How to search for declined transactions
  5. How to establish account groups

Citi Custom Reporting System (CCRS) Upgrade Review & Running Reports - Monday, October 27th @ 1 p.m. CT

  • An increased number of easy-to-use navigation buttons
  • New toolbars and menu options

The CCRS reporting system allows Program Administrators to identify transactions that are not within program parameters, thereby automating the audit view process.  This session covers how to start leveraging the reporting application.  Through CCRS, you’ll gain access to standardized and customized reports and a choice of over 600 data elements.
