Citi’s Program Management Training Strategy
Educating the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, States Agencies, Universities and Cooperative Member Program Administrator population is a strategic factor to guarantee program optimization. Citi will provide ongoing interactive "live" and "pre-recorded" Webinar training sessions of each of the Citi Commercial Cards program management tools supporting the implementation of the State of Texas.
Each of the interactive Webinar training sessions will be conducted during the initial phases of card delivery, enabling the users to view the system, communicate with a trainer while being connected in real time through the Internet. The Webinar training sessions will be recorded and upon gaining access to the CitiManager tool, Program Administrators will be able to review recorded sessions as well as training materials including job aids. The Citi Commercial Card Learning and System Support (CLASS) will also be accessible to register for future Webinar Training Sessions and Computer Based Training classes.
Web Base Online training sessions will be conducted and available on the Citi Commercial Cards program tools of Citimanger, the Global Card Management System and Citibank Customer Reporting System for both the Travel and Purchase Card Administrators of the State of Texas.
