Today's Vision, Tomorrow's Reality is this year's GSA conference theme, and Citi will be there to provide the most comprehensive, hands-on training program ever. You'll learn how to do more with less using today's solutions and best practices, while getting a preview of Citi's next generation commercial card products.
Driven by innovative technologies, Citi solutions streamline program management, helping you save time and increase efficiencies. Conference courses will show you how to leverage Citi products to solve common business problems, increase security and control, and access critical business intelligence. Citi will also demonstrate the latest technology advances developed in response to your feedback.
Computer labs will offer attendees a hands-on experience of more Citi tools and features. Citi has increased the size of the computer labs this year, adding 100 computers to the classroom to meet demand. During the conference, Citi trainers and personnel will be on-hand to assist, and if you have a specific problem or question, experts will be available to provide answers in one-on-one sessions.
Conference courses count toward continued learning points, or CLP credit, and new training sessions this year include:
- Real-time program analytics: Learn how to use the Citi Program Dashboard. Citi's new strategic management tool delivers program analytics at-a-glance in an easy-to-read graphical format. Analyze spending patterns, measure program performance against strategic objectives, access actionable intelligence, and maximize program impact.
- Increase information security: Information security expert Greg Munson is Senior Vice President of Global Information Security for Citi's Institutional Clients Group. Greg will present an overview of trends in identity theft and fraud, industry best practices and best defenses.
- Go beyond plastics: Learn about non-traditional SmartPay solutions that drive efficiencies and rebates up while driving resource requirements and costs down.
- Increase spend control: Change a card's travel status quickly and easily in real time. Simply click a button to deactivate or re-activate travel cards. Learn how this new feature and other key functions provide more flexibility and control in managing your program.
- Go green with online statements: Converting to online statements is easy, and Citi will show you how in a session that covers this user-friendly feature and other helpful tools in Citimanager.
