Francesco Vanni d'Archirafi is the Chief Executive Officer of Global Transaction Services (GTS), a publicly reported division of Citi's Institutional Clients Group.

GTS provides industry leading cash management, treasury and trade services and trade finance solutions to corporations, financial institutions and government entities across the globe through its Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) business, and custody and clearing services, fund services, securities finance and issuer services to capital markets participants world-wide through its Securities and Fund Services (SFS) business.

GTS operates in more than 100 countries, processing over $3 trillion in payment flows daily, and handling more than one billion transactions annually. In 2008, the business delivered revenues of $9.6 billion and net income of $3 billion, the latter representing 34% year-on-year growth. As of the 4th quarter of 2008, it held on average $292 billion in liability balances, and $10.7 trillion in assets under custody and trust.

Prior to his current assignment, Francesco was the Global Head for Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS). He joined GTS in 2003 as the Region Head for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Francesco has served in numerous leadership roles in his extensive career at Citi. He joined Citibank in 1983 as a Management Associate in New York. In 1984, he moved to the Corporate Bank in Lima, Peru, as a Relationship Manager, and later took on the role of Treasury Marketing Manager. In 1986, he was appointed Country Treasurer for Peru.

In 1987, Francesco moved to London to launch Citibank's Southern Europe Structured Finance business. In 1993, he was appointed Corporate Finance Head for Italy, based in Milan. In 1996, he returned to London as the Global Co-Head for Mergers and Acquisitions.

In 1998, Francesco was appointed the Market Manager for Iberia responsible for the Corporate Bank and customer relationships in Spain and Portugal; he was also appointed the Country Corporate Officer of Citigroup for Spain, based in Madrid. In 2001, he was named Chairman and CEO of Citibank International plc and the European Customer Group Executive for Citigroup's Corporate Bank headquartered in London.

Francesco graduated Magna Cum Laude from the American University in Washington DC with a B.S.B.A. degree in Finance. He received the Stanley I. Posner Award given to the graduating senior with the highest overall academic average. In 1983, he obtained an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from Columbia University in New York City.

Francesco is the Chairman of Citibank Holdings Ireland Ltd and Citibank Europe plc. He serves on the boards of Mapfre America S.A., Clearstream International, LCH.Clearnet, and Business in the Community. He is also a board member of Junior Achievement Worldwide, a member of its Board of Governors, and is the Chairman of Junior Achievement - Young Enterprise Europe and the ENGAGE network. He resides in New York City with his wife and their two daughters.

John Ahearn is the Global Head of Trade for Citi's Global Transaction Services business in the Treasury and Trade Solutions group. He is currently responsible for all aspects of the Trade business including – Supply Chain, Trade Finance, Asset Optimization and Export Agency Finance. Mr. Ahearn began his banking career as a management trainee at JPMorgan. He also had senior roles at the Bank of New York and ABN AMRO for eight years with responsibility for financial institutions and for global sales for the trade business prior to joining Citi.

John is a member of the board of directors of the Bankers' Association for Finance and Trade and the Pacific Rim Bankers Association. He has been an adjunct professor at Centenary College and an editor on various trade textbook for the American Banker's Association (ABA).

John has an undergraduate degree from Saint Peters College with a B.S. degree in business and an M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Curt Brill is the Global Head of Electronic Markets for Securities and Fund Services (SFS), which together with Treasury and Trade Solutions constitute Global Transaction Services, a business unit of Citi's Institutional Clients Group.

Curt rejoined Citi in 2006 and is responsible for devising and implementing effective strategies to enhance and expand the use of electronic market connections in delivering services to SFS clients.

Shortly before rejoining Citi, Curt led a restructuring of OMX Groups, Bank and Broker division. He managed the division to break-even in 12 months by repositioning the business as a back-office outsourcing service provider while exiting the licensed software business.

Prior to this, Curt was a founding member of Liberty, a Cedel subsidiary, which launched one of the first global order routing networks. As Managing Director, he guided Liberty's growth and successful sale to Reuters. While at Reuters, he was part of the original management team for Radianz, the Reuters joint venture with Equant, which commercialized Reuters' global communications network into a financial industry extranet. Curt was also responsible for building the Product Management and Marketing organization at Radianz, which created the product branding and pricing structures still in use today.

Previously, Curt was with Citi from 1982 to 1995 working in Worldwide Securities Services (SFS' predecessor organization) and Citi subsidiaries Quotron and Crossmar. During this period, he launched the first wave of online reporting and transaction products, including Citicorp Portfolio Analyst, the first PC-based reporting service for custody customers.

Curt received his BA degree in Finance from Queens College, CUNY in 1976 and his MBA degree from St. John's University in 1986.

Since 2006 Ranjit has headed the Global Network Management group for Citi's Securities and Funds Services business in the Global Transaction Services (GTS) Division, with responsibility for managing the GTS network of external sub-custodian banks and depositories, for the consistency of product offerings and client experience across our global proprietary branch network, and for market information across both. He is also one of Citi's representatives in the International Securities Services Association ( ISSA), and currently leads ISSA's Working Group on Corporate Actions.

Ranjit joined Securities Services at Citibank in 1987. Prior assignments in this business have included Global Relationship Management for Financial Institutions, Global Product Management for Securities Clearing, Regional Market Management for Western Europe, and earlier for Central and Eastern Europe and the Mid-East, and Emerging Markets co-ordination for the global business. In the early 1990s he was responsible for setting up Citibank's custody business in Latin America. Before joining GTS, he completed several Operations Management assignments in Mexico and Saudi Arabia.

Craig S. Dudsak re-joined Citigroup in December of 2005. Craig is presently Managing Director for Citi's Global Transaction Services North American Custody business. Prior to this Craig was Managing Director with SunGard's STeP business unit during 2004 and 2005. He also spent 10 years working for Clearstream Bank Luxembourg. At Clearstream, Craig was the Executive Director responsible for Business Development in the Americas. He previously was in charge of Network Management and the Product Management for both Custody and Investment Funds in Luxembourg.

Craig has over twenty-five years experience in the securities business. Craig was also previously employed with Citibank where his last assignment Craig had Regional responsibilities for the Securities Business in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Indian Subcontinent. He had also been responsible for Global Custody Operations. He facilitated and qualified various start-up operations and has had experience in operations, technology and customer service. He is well versed in the legal and regulatory issues impacting the securities business.

Craig is Chair Elect for the Association of Global Custodians. He represents Citi Securities and Funds Services on the Americas Omgeo Advisory Board. Craig is also a member of the DTCC Bank Depositary User Group representing the U.S. Custody business of Citi.

Craig is a graduate of St. Peter's College and did his graduate work at Rutger's University. He was born in the United States, married to a native born Italian and has a 12-year-old son.

Gary Greenwald is the Chief Innovation Officer for Global Transaction Services. Global Transaction Services is one of Citi's publicly reported product lines, offering award winning and industry leading Treasury and Trade Solutions, and Securities and Fund Services capabilities to corporations, governments, financial institutions and investment advisors worldwide.

Gary is responsible for driving client-focused innovation across market segments, regions and products, with particular focus on the critical role of technology in the transaction services business. At GTS, Gary has developed market leading solutions in such areas as online banking, digital identity management, and analytics. Considered an industry expert on treasury and transaction banking technology trends, Gary is a frequent speaker and author on the subject.
Gary joined Citi in 1983, and has held a number of diverse positions in both corporate and consumer banking. He holds a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and an MS in Statistics and Operations Research from New York University's Stern School of Business. In 2006, Gary was recognized by Treasury and Risk Magazine as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Finance.

Tom Isaac is Global Head of Client Sales Management for Financial Intermediaries (Broker Dealers, Universal Banks and Infrastructures). Prior to this nomination, Tom was the Head of Client Management for Financial Institutions, EMEA. Tom joined Global Transaction Services (GTS) in January 2003 and before his move to GTS he was the Head of UK Banks and Brokers for Global Relationship Banks (GRB), where he was the team leader and relationship manager for 6 years. He began his banking career in 1993 in London with Citibank and other areas he has worked in are: Global Securities Services, the Financial Institutions strategy team and the Foreign Exchange business.

Born in Oxford, Tom Isaac received an M.A. in Civil Engineering from Churchill College, Cambridge in 1987 and an M.B.A. from the Open University Business School in 1993. Before joining Citibank he served as an officer in Royal Engineers (British Army) in the Gulf War, Canada, Denmark, the Falkland Island, Germany, Kenya, and the UK. Tom is a Cambridge rugby blue and coaches junior rugby in Kent.

Manish Jain is the Managing Director of Electronic Channels for the Treasury and Trade Solutions business within Global Transaction Services. Global Transaction Services is one of Citi's publicly reported product lines, offering award winning and industry leading Treasury and Trade Solutions, and Securities and Fund Services capabilities to corporations, governments, financial institutions and investment advisors worldwide.

Manish is responsible for managing TTS' award-winning online banking and connectivity platforms. In addition, Manish is managing the development and global launch of Citi's next generation online banking platform that will launch later this year.

Manish joined Citi in 2001. Prior to joining Citi, Manish held various technology positions with Mercedes-Benz Credit Corporation and People's Bank. Manish holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a BE in Civil Engineering.

Jack is responsible for all GTS activities with banks operating in Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa. Citi provides corresponding banking services to more than 2,000 institutions in 120 countries across the region.

Jack has, during his 27 years with the firm, worked in Relationship Management acting as Senior Banker and Senior Credit Officer within the Financial Institutions group; Technology where he implemented a global risk management system; Product Management where he had responsibility for a number of global payment products and cash management Sales.

Jack is a Certified Public Accountant and completed his university studies at the Universidad Catolica Santa Maria de los Buenos Aires.

Rajesh Mehta is the Treasury and Trade Solutions Head for Citi Global Transaction Services in Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA). He is responsible for the provision of cash management, treasury and trade solutions to a broad range of customers including multinational corporations, top local companies, small and medium enterprises and financial institutions.

Rajesh has been with Citi for 24 years and has held numerous roles across the globe throughout his career. He began working for Citi in India and then moved to Audit Risk Review in Singapore, Cash Management and Trade Head for Indonesia, Global Transaction Services Head for Mexico and Regional Cash Management and Trade Head for Latin America, based in Buenos Aires. In 2002, he was appointed Global Transaction Services Head for Sub Saharan Africa, based in Johannesburg. In January 2007, Rajesh moved to London to assume the role of Regional Payments Head for Cash Management EMEA and was appointed to his current role in October 2007.

Rajesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Julie Monaco is Head of Global Transaction Services for North America, a position reflecting the strategic thrust and importance of the United States and Canada within this global business. Julie was previously at JPMorganChase where she had responsibility for payables, receivables, trade finance, card services and electronic banking, most recently, serving as Product Head for the FX business within Treasury and Security Services.

Before joining JPMorganChase, Julie was in charge of global cash management products at Deutsche Bank and its legacy business, Banker's Trust, where she held various cash management unit and product head positions.

Julie has participated in various industry committees over the years for SWIFT, AFP, the Clearing House and the New York Fed. For SWIFT, Julie was part of the Corporate Access Group that facilitated the entry of corporates into the SWIFT community.

Julie has more than 20 years experience in the global transaction services business. She holds an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University and a B.A. in International Affairs from George Washington University.

Anthony Nappi is Managing Director and Asia Pacific Region Head of Global Transaction Services, a business unit of Citi Markets and Banking. Global Transaction Services offers award-winning and industry-leading Cash Management, Trade, Securities and Fund Services capabilities to corporations, governments, and investment advisors in more than a hundred countries, including eighteen countries in Asia Pacific.

Citi's Global Transaction Services is consistently recognized as best banking provider in the industry. In 2007, Citi was named Best Transaction Services Bank in Asia by The Asset; and voted by clients as Best Cash Management Bank in Asia in Asiamoney and Euromoney International Cash Management Poll. Citi was also voted Best Trade Bank in Asia for the 3rd year in a row by Trade Finance. Anthony was voted the Best Transaction Banking professional in the industry by the Asset Magazine during 2007. Prior to being named Asia Pacific Region Head of Global Transaction Services in 2006, Anthony was the Regional Head of Cash Management as well as the Chief Operating Officer for Global Transaction Services. Anthony's banking career spans more than twenty years. He started as a management trainee in Citibank in New York, and has worked a number of roles including business management, financial control, operations, customer service, product management and sales.

He has worked in New York, Florida, Chicago, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Anthony holds a BA in Political Science and a Master's Degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida. A native of New York City, Anthony is currently based in Hong Kong.

Carlos A. Perez is Managing Director, Global Head of Correspondent Banking for Citi's Global Transaction Services. In his role, Carlos is responsible for end-to-end responsibility for the development and strategic growth of the business in terms of market share, customer satisfaction and product quality. His focus, and that of his team, is to bring innovative solutions to market and to drive initiatives that deepen Citi's strategy to be the ‘trusted partner' with its bank clients and correspondent network that reaches 3500 financial institutions around the world.

Carlos has 28 years of experience in international banking, with a specialization in servicing financial institutions. He joined Citi in summer of 2009 from Wachovia/Wells Fargo where he was the head of Financial Institutions Group, Americas at Wachovia, responsible for leading a team of 100 in building Wachovia's significant position in Latin and North America. An original member of CoreStates Bank management team, Carlos built a solid record of achievement and advancement beyond the First Union Bank and Wachovia Bank mergers. Carlos held various senior positions with the Wachovia/Wells Fargo franchise since joining in 1990, including risk management and compliance, business development and financial institutions head. Before joining CoreStates, Carlos was with First Interstate Bank of California for nine years where he held roles as assistant representative for FICAL in Mexico and Representative in Brazil.

Carlos has a Masters degree in International Business Administration from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Rutgers University.

Wm. Michael Reuben is the Global Transaction Services Head for Japan since he joined Citigroup in March 2004. He is in charge of the group's Treasury and Trade Solutions, and Securities Services for corporate and financial institutional customers. He also manages CitiService in Japan, our client delivery platform.

Michael's banking career spans more than 33 years in Japan and New York He has worked in a number of senior management positions including Japan country head and general manager from 1997-2000 at the Tokyo branch of a major New York bank. He has spent his childhood years in Kobe, Japan and speaks Japanese fluently.

Michael earned an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management in Phoenix, Arizona, specializing in International Business Management.

In addition to his role as global head of Securities and Fund Services, Neeraj is also a member of Citi's Management Committee, Citi Markets & Banking's Planning Committee, and Citi's Global Transaction Services Management Committee.

Prior to assuming his current role, Neeraj was Chief Financial Officer of Global Transaction Services, overseeing finance, risk, control, treasury, strategy and M&A, among other areas of the business. Immediately prior to this assignment, he was Managing Director of Citi's Audit & Risk Review group for Markets & Banking.

Neeraj has been with Citi for more than 21 years, starting his career as a Management Associate. His previous assignments include Managing Director for Cross-Border Custody and Securities Lending; Director, Strategy Implementation (Worldwide Securities Services); Global Transaction Services Head (India); Business Manager, Cash Management (India); and Relationship and Risk Manager in Financial Services and Corporate Banking.

Bharat Sarpeshkar is Global Head of Bank Services for Citi. He has end-to-end responsibility for the development and strategic growth of a business that delivers integrated solutions, including traditional Correspondent Banking services, to Banks around the world.

Bharat has worked at Citi for over 35 years, primarily in Asia and the United States, in a variety of functions.

Bharat was Global Head of Cash & Trade Operations 1999-2004. In this role, his primary responsibility was to oversee the operations and customer service functions that support the business globally. Prior to this, from Sept 1995, Bharat managed Citibank's Cash Management business in North America.

Bharat was Regional Manager for Cash and Trade Services in Asia 1991-95. He was responsible for developing strategy, building Citibank's capabilities and products for Asian customers. Prior to this, he was the CFO for Citibank's corporate business in SE Asia and held a variety of management positions in Citibank India.

Bharat is currently Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of CLS Group Holdings, and Chairman of CLS Services Ltd. He holds an MBA, in Marketing and Finance, and a BA in Economics.

Ravi Saxena is the Regional Head of Trade and Export and Agency Finance (EAF) for Global Transaction Services (GTS) in Asia Pacific and Japan.

In his regional role since January 2009, Ravi is responsible to provide an integrated suite of trade offerings that incorporate Trade Services with supply chain, working capital and EAF solutions.

Ravi joined Citi India in 1987 as a Technical and Business Analyst. During his time there, he held a variety of positions including Operations and Transaction Banking Group Head East India, Country Trade Head and Country Cash Management Head. In 2000, he moved to Israel and took on the role of Operations Head and e-Business, and Financial Institutions Head.

In 2002, Ravi relocated to London assuming the role of European Trade Business Head and thereafter responsibility for the Trade Services Business for the EMEA region. He then took on the role of Trade Services & Finance Head for Citi's Global Transaction Services business across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Ravi holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and a BTech in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the India Institute of Technology.

Paul Simpson is a Managing Director and Global Head of Treasury and Trade Solutions. This role spans multiple integrated global businesses within Citi's Global Transaction Services Group (GTS) including: Trade Solutions, Liquidity and Investments, Cash Management, Wholesale Card Services (Commercial Card, Prepaid/Stored Value), and Receivables. Paul's businesses at Citi serve public sector clients, corporates and financial institutions in over 120 countries. Prior to joining Citi, Paul was a Managing Director in JPMorgan's Treasury and Securities Services Division. At JPMorgan, he was responsible for multiple integrated businesses within its Treasury and Security Services including: Trade & Logistics, Wholesale Card Services, Public Sector Business Solutions, and Healthcare.

During his past tenors, Paul was a member of various industry-wide leadership organizations and editorial boards including: National Foreign Trade Council, SWIFT Trade Services Advisory Group, Trade and Forfaiting Review, and Global Trade Review. Paul has also been recognized as one of the Top 100 Financial Professionals by Treasury and Risk Management Magazine and Who's Who in Treasury Management by Global Finance Magazine.

Paul received his educational degrees from Georgetown University (undergraduate), NY Stern School (MBA). Mr. Simpson also studied in Moscow at the Pushkin Institute. Paul currently resides in Ridgewood, NJ with his wife, daughter and son.

Satvinder Singh is Managing Director and Direct Custody and Clearing Business Head for Citi's Global Transaction Services Business across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Satvinder joined Citi in January 2008 after 14 years with HSBC, where he was most recently Global Head of Sales and Relationship Management for the Direct Clearing and Custody Business. Satvinder's experience at HSBC includes various roles in the Direct Clearing and Custody Business across multiple geographies, including India and Hong Kong.

Satvinder holds an MBA from Durham University, United Kingdom and a Bachelors of Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, India. Throughout his education, Satvinder has lived in Malawi, Belgium, Lebanon, Bulgaria, Burma, Italy and the United Kingdom.

As a Managing Director with Citi's Bank Services Group, Carl is responsible for driving Citi's market leading Payments and Trade solutions for its Bank clients globally, with a special emphasis on White Labelling, Supply Chain, and Outsourcing initiatives. Previous to his current New York based position, Carl was based in Asia, in roles which included Regional Head of Correspondent Banking, and Regional Head of Trade & Supply Chain Sales.

Prior to joining Citi, Carl was a Correspondent Banker with Wachovia for 8 years

Carl holds a BA (honors) and MBA from the University of Chicago.

Ruth Wandhöfer is responsible for leading Citi's Payments Strategy and Market Policy within the EMEA Treasury and Trade Solutions business of Global Transaction Services. As such, she has responsibility for shaping and influencing the evolution of the external regulatory and market/standards environment within the EMEA Treasury and Trade business in a direction which is most beneficial to Citi's strategic interests and our clients' needs.

She is highly regarded across the European banking industry for her in-depth knowledge of the regulatory, market and competitive landscape and in particular is acknowledged as one of the foremost authorities on the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) and the EU Payment Services Directive (PSD). She holds a number of influential external positions, including the Chairmanship of the European banking industry's PSD Expert Group (a joint initiative of the European Credit Sector Associations), membership of the Plenary of the European Payments Council (EPC) and membership of the EU Commission's recently established Payment Systems Market Expert Group. Internally within Citi, her responsibilities amongst others include leading the GTS PSD implementation project as well as driving the product evolution and thought leadership in relation to all aspects of Citi's response to SEPA.

Prior to joining Citi in mid-2007, Ruth worked for the European Banking Federation (EBF) where amongst her other responsibilities she was closely involved with the EPC in co-authoring the SEPA Credit Transfer scheme rulebook, as well as being a high profile and successful lobbyist in the negotiation of the EU Payment Services Directive and other relevant legislations with the European Commission, Council and Parliament.

Before 2003 Ruth worked in financial management in the banking sector as well as in the European Commission DG Economic & Financial Affairs. She speaks 5 languages and has completed studies in various countries, including an MA Financial Economics in the UK, an MA International Politics in France and an LLM in International Economic Law in Belgium/UK.
