How do I reset my password for the Citi Landing Page?

Am I able to reset my security questions online?
No. Citi’s Help Desk is available to assist with resetting your security authentication

What reporting tools are available to me?
There are many standard reports available via CCRS. From Shared Reports click
"Standard Reports" for a list. Depending on your access to CCRS, you can run reports
from Shared Reports and Organization Shared reports, or you may be able to create
ad-hoc reports.
Can my cardholders complete a payment by phone?
Payments may be completed by phone with the use of a checking account only. Dial
1-800-790-7206 and the cost is $14.95. Payments are posted within 48 business hours.
How do cardholders make a payment online?
After logging on to the Landing Page, click "Applications," then "Card Statements and
Payments." From the left side click "Make Payment," then "Maintain Payment Accounts."
After the checking account information has been added, click "Make Payment" again.
Enter the payment amount and click "Pay."
