A Special Thanks to CAS Manager Michael Wilson, from the Department of Labor

Big kudos to Michael Wilson for the excellent work he has done for us at the Department of Labor. He has been extremely responsive and helpful during this transition period. As we had expected, there have been some bumps in the road—but Michael does not allow that to deter him. In a recent, sensitive situation, Michael promptly determined how it could be resolved and handled it very professionally.

Michael is exactly the kind of person you want to work with: He is very good at what he does, and he never makes excuses. His attitude and approach are always, "How can we get the job done." There are many more accolades I could offer, but I’ll just say, simply, that he is an excellent worker. I appreciate good customer service, and Michael provides that. The Department of Labor has instant good job awards for employees who stand out. If Citibank has an equivalent award, Michael should definitely receive it.
