Citi Offers New Advanced Reporting Class for DoD.
Citi is offering an Advanced Reporting Class for DoD, starting in September 2009. Designed for APCs with extensive experience using the Citibank Custom Reporting System (CCRS), the course will be offered in Norfolk, VA, and Washington, DC. Participants will learn advanced reporting functionality in CCRS in an eight-hour, hands-on classroom session. All participants are encouraged to interact with our Training Specialists, and fully participate in classroom discussions. Topics covered include:
- Add and remove data columns
- Edit report templates
- Save report templates to My Reports
- Export reports to Excel®
- Update reporting preferences
- Create a new report template using the Dynamic Report Builder
- Data dictionary
