Our latest product enhancements were designed in response to client feedback. New self-serve features and enhanced functionality in CCMS 5.1 deliver increased efficiency and convenience, and save time.

As with every new release, Account Managers will distribute a "What’s New" document that provides release notes and describes all items included in the current release.

CCMS 5.1 Release: Live April 25, 2009

• Replacement Card - Request Standard or Quasi-Generic Cards: An administrator with multiple types of cards in their program can now request replacement cards more quickly and conveniently online
• Enhanced MCCG Capabilities More self-serve features and online functionality give administrators more flexibility and control
• Display account financial information: This information can now be viewed in one screen without having to run a report in CCRS
