You can do it all at the 11th Annual GSA SmartPay® Training Conference in Phoenix, July 28-30. Our sessions will offer a wealth of professional insight and expertise, and more hands-on training than ever before. This year, Citi has customized training schedules according to DoD service/agency designated tracks. This will make it easier for attendees to select a more direct training path yet still include the electives they want.

When you’re in Phoenix, stop by the Citi Welcome Center to meet with our team of experts and learn more about the wide range of solutions and services Citi offers. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet with Citi representatives, who will be on hand to answer questions, provide support and listen to your feedback.

Citi Technical Center

Visit the Citi Computer Lab to get help with specific program functions in the Citi® Electronic Access System (EAS). Get one-on-one assistance and view demonstrations of our Web-based tools and technology services in the Citi Technical Center. Experienced Citi specialists will be present at Technology Mini-Sessions to answer your questions and demonstrate the features and benefits of our program management, reporting and online statement tools.
