New Card Verification Tools + FAQs
To help ensure a smooth transition, Citi has provided convenient tools for card verification and tracking. Agency Program Coordinators can use Citi’s Deployment Dashboard to track card receipt and stay on top of verification. To make verification as easy and accessible as possible for cardholders, Citi has created a dedicated phone line and a website for online verification.
Wherever they are located, cardholders can easily verify their card by calling 888.514.2922 toll-free in the U.S. and Territories, or if outside the U.S., calling 706.494.5028 collect. Cardholders can also verify receipt of their cards by visiting www.citimanager.com/DoDTravel. Please remember: In order for cards to be active upon the November 30 effective date, cards MUST be receipt verified.
Restricted cardholders who are not scheduled to be activated on November 30 under the current provider will not be automatically activated by Citi on November 30. Those cardholders must contact their APC, per standard procedure, to have their card turned on when ready for use.
