Citi training sessions help get you up and running as the DoD Travel Card Program transitions to SmartPay2. Instructor led and webinar courses provide in-depth instruction and show you how to get the most out of Citi's online account and information management tools.

Bulk Maintenance with File Upload Overview [DoD Webinar]

Duration: 45 minutes

In this course the APC will learn how to perform maintenance on multiple accounts via the CitiDirect® Card Management System (CCMS). The course provides step-by-step instructions on how to download and complete the template, and upload the bulk maintenance spreadsheet for a large number of accounts. It also includes a list of most Frequently Asked Questions.

DoD Standard Reports Overview [DoD Webinar]

This session provides an overview of the key DoD standard reports within Citi’s® Custom Reporting System (CCRS). You will learn how to generate the most commonly used reports, learn tips and tricks to generate reports, and see a demo of the live system.

CitiDirect EAS 1 [DoD Instructor Led and Webinar]

Audience: APC
Duration: 70 minutes

CitiDirect EAS 1 is the first course of a 3-class series. This class is designed to introduce APCs to the Landing Page and the on-line application workflow. Participants will learn key functionality such as how to register for the Landing Page to access the CitiDirect Card Management System (CCMS) system; how to navigate the Landing Page; how to perform basic administrative functions from the Landing Page, and the new online application process.

CitiDirect EAS 2 [DoD Instructor Led and Webinar]

Audience: APC
Duration: 70 minutes

CitiDirect® EAS 2 is the second course of a 3-class series. This class is designed to help APCs use the CitiDirect Card Management System (CCMS) to manage their card program. Within the Account Management function, you will learn how to search for accounts, change the status of an account, maintain the controls of accounts, such as credit and cash limits, and perform bulk account maintenance. You will also learn how to maintain your hierarchy within your span of control and transfer accounts into another hierarchy.

CitiDirect EAS 3 [DoD Instructor Led and Webinar]

CitiDirect EAS 3 is the third course of a 3-class series. This class is designed to introduce APCs to the Citibank Custom Reporting System (CCRS) to schedule and view DoD Shared Reports. This course will focus on the basic navigation of CCRS, using the report viewer, subscribing to reports, adding reports to a history list, and creating customized reports.
