CitiManager Introduction for Programme Administrator This is an introductory session in which Programme Administrators will find information on how to access EMEA CitiManager , how to navigate through the system and how to access supporting lines and training materials available.
CitiManager Card Application Process IOLA In this session Programme Administrator will learn how to manage individual card application process. We present the application process flow, steps which needs to be taken by Programme Administrator and by card applicant. Programme Administrator will know how to get information how to effectively use the available support channels.
CitiManager On Line Maintenance OLM In this session Programme Administrator will learn how to manage individual online maintenance process. We present the steps which needs to be taken by Programme Administrator and what can be done by cardholder. Programme Administrator will know how to get information how to check available reports and effectively use support channels.
CitiManager as Cardholder Support - application & statement In this session Programme Administrators will find out how cardholder can navigate in CitiManager, manage application process and access transaction information. The session will help Programme Administrators to efficiently handle cardholders queries.

CitiManager Statement & Payment Process In this session Programme Administrator will learn how to download the statement; how to check authorizations and declines. Programme Administrator will get information how to effectively supervise payment process including credit refund request and how to use available support channels.
Citi Custom Reporting System Introduction for Programme Administrator, CCRS During this session Programme Administrators will become familiar with Citi Custom Reporting System in EMEA, specifically with: how to access reports, how to run them and download data.
Citi Custom Reporting System Basics for Programme Administrator, CCRS During this session Programme Administrators will become familiar with Citi Custom Reporting System in EMEA, specifically with: how to modify reports, how to save them and how to use a chosen suite of standard reports. We will also present CTA specific reports and Russian market related exceptions.
CitiManager BULK Card Application Process BOLA In this session Programme Administrator will learn how to manage bulk card application process. CitiManager Dispute Process In this session Program Administrators will be trained on how to raise online disputes for billed and unbilled transactions in CitiManager. They will also find out how to support cardholders with this process. Timeframes and helpful rules to follow are a part of the training as well.
Suspicious Transaction Process In this training Program Administrator will learn how suspicious transaction process in handled in Citi Commercial Cards. Useful hints and tips to protect cardholders from suspicious actions are shared as well as best practice for Program Administrators. After the session Program Administrator will be able to recognize when their support is required and how they can support cardholders.
