What's new for SmartPay® 2?
Card Deployment Dashboard
Citi's Card Deployment Dashboard provides APCs with access to enhanced reporting and graphical presentations of card deployment information to better manage the SmartPay® 2 transition. APCs can view the Card Deployment Dashboard Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and training presentation by clicking on the HELP link on the Card Deployment Dashboard Website. If you have additional questions, please contact your higher level APC.
Electronic Access System (EAS)
Enhanced tools with broad-based capabilities and a user-friendly interface. Our new platform features a single sign-on so you will only need one user name and password to access all of your card program reports and information. The upgraded system will also include a message board and expanded administrative functions.
