Clients Vote Citigroup Number One Cash Management Bank in Asiamoney Poll

Asiamoney magazine has announced the results of its cash management polls for 2006. Clients across the region were polled and Citigroup has picked up a number of key awards, underlining the bank's reputation as the region's leading cash management solution provider.

Clients voted Citigroup the number one cash management services provider for financial institutions in Asia Pacific for 2006 and the number one cash management bank for medium and large corporates by clients in the region. Citigroup was also voted the best local currency cash management provider in Malaysia and Singapore.

Citigroup picked up another 19 awards - more than any other bank - across several countries in the Asia Pacific region for best foreign cash management bank. For the polls, a total of 575 client responses were used by Asiamoney.

Citigroup was ranked number one by clients also for four specialised categories in the financial institutions poll. These were best at understanding business strategies, best at implementing cash management solutions, best after sales customer service and the best electronic trading platform.
