Global Transaction Services’ Securities Business appoints Ken Back as Managing Director
London, October 2005 - Global Transaction Services is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Ken Back as Managing Director, Global Transaction Services as it expands its Securities business throughout Western Europe, Ken will report to Tom Abraham, Global Head of Strategic Solutions for Citigroup’s Global Transaction Services.
Ken is responsible for structuring and managing complex outsourcing transactions with key clients, and developing our product offering to the asset management sector.
Prior to joining Citigroup, Ken was Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of ISIS Asset Management Plc from 1999 to 2004. His previous experience includes senior client relationship management and operational roles within State Street Bank & Trust and Clerical Medical Investment Group in London.
Ken is a Sloan Fellow of London Business School and holds degrees in Economics and International Affairs.
