Global Transaction Services’ Financial Institutions business appoints two senior managers across Western Europe

London, 27 October 2005 - Global Transaction Services is pleased to announce the recent and forthcoming appointments of two senior managers as it expands its Financial Institutions’ business throughout Western Europe.

London, UK: Neil Coxhead has joined Global Transaction Services as a Vice President, Client Relationship Manager for UK Managed Funds. He will report to Kamal Jandu, Director and will be based in London.

Neil joined Citigroup on 17 October from The Bank of New York, where he held various positions including Senior Relationship Manager and several management roles within the bank’s funds business.

Dublin, Ireland: Cathal O’Daly has joined the Client Relationship management team in Global Transaction Services, reporting to Terry Alleyne, Director, Citigroup Ireland Financial Institutions. His position is Vice President, Client Relationship Manager for Irish Financial Institutions, and is based in Dublin.

Cathal joined Citigroup on 26 September from Northern Trust. Cathal held various positions during his time there including Trustee Services Manager, Regulatory Affairs Manager and Relationship Manager. He brings to Citigroup a wealth of experience of dealing with both investment management and multinational corporate clients, having worked on the launch of an Irish unit trust for two multinational clients in 2001 and more recently, on the launch of a CCF Fund, also for a large multinational client.

Cathal has also participated on various industry groups and has been a member of the DFIA's Alternative Investment Committee for the past three years. He lectures in the Legal and Regulatory Course at the Institute of Bankers in Ireland's mutual funds course.
