Citi Awarded Mandate from Kimmeridge Energy Fund to Provide Private Equity and Cash Administration Services
New York, NY - August 1, 2012 – Citi has been awarded a mandate from Kimmeridge Energy Fund (Kimmeridge) to provide private equity fund and cash administration services. Kimmeridge is a private equity fund based in New York focusing on early-stage unconventional upstream energy investments in the United States.
Citi will support the fund implementation and set-up, along with providing fund administration, accounting, U.S. tax compliance and cash services.
