Citi Appointed Depositary for Promotora De Informaciones S.A.’s ADR Programs

New York - December 7, 2010 – Citi today announced that its Global Transaction Services business, acting through Citibank N.A., has been appointed by Promotora de Informaciones S.A. (PRISA) as depositary bank for its American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programs. PRISA’s ADR programs consist of ADRs representing Class A Ordinary Shares, which trade under the symbol PRIS, and Class B Convertible Non-Voting Shares, which trade under the symbol PRIS.B. Both trade on the NYSE, and each ADR represents four ordinary shares. The company is based in Spain.
