NEW YORK, LONDON, ATHENS - April 30, 2010 – Citigroup's Global Transaction Services business, acting through Citibank N.A., today announced that it has been appointed by Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. ("Coca-Cola Hellenic"), a Greece based company, as the successor depositary bank for its NYSE-listed American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program.

Coca-Cola Hellenic's ADRs currently trade on the NYSE under the symbol CCH. The company's ordinary shares are listed on the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) under the symbol EEEK and on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) as CCB. Each ADR represents one ordinary share.
