SRIDHAR KANTHADAI NAMED ASIA PACIFIC TREASURY AND TRADE SOLUTIONS HEAD

HONG KONG - February 11, 2010 – Citi’s Global Transaction Services has named Sridhar Kanthadai to the role of Managing Director, Regional Head of Treasury and Trade Solutions, Asia Pacific and Japan. Effective immediately, Sridhar will be responsible for the strategic direction, product development and management of cash management and trade services and finance for Citi's Treasury and Trade Solutions. In his new role, Sridhar will also be responsible for sales and client management across 18 countries in Asia Pacific.

Under Sridhar's leadership, Citi's Treasury and Trade Solutions business will continue to build on synergies between cash management and trade services and finance. He will also take responsibility for leading the continual development of Citi's market-leading financial supply chain solutions.

Sridhar will be based in Hong Kong and will report to Anthony Nappi, Managing Director, Regional Head of Global Transaction Services, Asia Pacific, and to Paul Simpson, Managing Director, Global Head of Treasury and Trade Solutions.

Prior to his new role, Sridhar was the Hong Kong-based Chief Operating Officer for Global Transaction Services, Asia Pacific. For Citi, he has also held senior roles as Regional Head of Receivables and Regional Head of Liquidity and Investments within the Asia Pacific cash management business. A 20-year veteran of the banking industry, Sridhar has also worked for Citi in a variety of business management, product and market management, sales and technology roles in Hong Kong, India and Singapore.
