Non-Presence Countries Africa is the control unit for 23 countries in Africa where Citi, N.A. does not have a presence (including Ghana representative offices). The Non-Presence Countries Business is predominantly Financial Institutions - based (including Central Banks), and currently expanding target market to include sovereign corporate names (i.e. national airlines, national marketing boards, oil companies etc).
Since inception, Citi has consistently played a pioneering role in the development of the banking industry in these countries, by providing quality services in the areas of Cash Management Services, International Trade, Treasury Services and Corporate and Structured Trade Finance.

The Non-Presence Countries Africa Team is just one part of a global team of professionals in New York, London and across Citi's branch network in over 100 countries, which work together to provide a seamless delivery of correspondent banking services and other financial solutions.
The team of Relationship Managers based in South Africa, Ghana, CDI, Cameroon and Nairobi, help coordinate the more traditional range of trade and cash management need for our large network of Financial Institutions bank clients across the continent and also help provide access to a wider range of innovative electronic banking, foreign exchange, and investment banking products offered across Citi and Citi Global Markets Inc.
Each customer is assigned a Relationship Manager who is the customer's point person in the Bank. The Relationship Manager will work closely with our Product and Service areas to provide you with efficient and effective tailored banking solutions.
