Citibank Hong Bao Special Time Deposit:
1. The Citibank 28-Day Hong Bao Special Time Deposit is only applicable for new funds of amounts from US$50,000 to US$1,000,000 (or equivalent).
2. The promotional 28-Day Hong Bao Special USD Time Deposit interest rates are only applicable from January 1, 2004 to March 31, 2004 and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. The Citibank 28-Day Hong Bao Special Time Deposit is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions.
4. The 1%APY interest of the Citibank 28-Day Hong Bao Special USD Time Deposit will be credited into your USD Transaction Account within one week of the establishment of the Citibank 28-Day Hong Bao Special USD Time Deposit.
5. Upon maturity of the Citibank 28-Day Hong Bao Special USD Time Deposit, the principal and remaining 0.29% APY interest will be credited into your Citibank USD Transaction Account.
6. If the Citibank 28-Day Hong Bao Special USD Time Deposit is pre-terminated before the maturity date, a penalty charge would apply and the 1%APY instant interest paid will be deducted from the principal of the Citibank 28-Day Hong Bao Special USD Time Deposit.
7. Citibank reserves the right not to accord any promotional rates on any specific deposits or any funds transferred from other Citibank branches or financial institutions at its discretion. All promotional rates are not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind.

9. Citibank reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
10. In the event of any inconsistencies between the different languages of this document, the English language version shall prevail.
Citibank Global Giveaways Promotion:
1. The voucher/gifts awarded for the Global Giveaways Promotion only apply for NEW FUNDS during the promotion period of January 1, 2004 to March 31, 2004, and the funds must remain with the bank for a minimum of 6 months.
2. Only deposits booked in Citibank, N.A., Guam, USA will qualify
3. The Global Giveaways Promotion is not applicable with other promotions.
4. Deposits with existing money and the combination of subsequent deposits with initial deposits are not eligible for the Global Giveaways Promotion. Splitting of deposits is not allowed.
5. If the Time Deposit is pre-terminated and/or funds are taken out of the Transactional Account before the minimum 6-month period, the retail value of any rewards redeemed will be deducted from your Citibank account.
6. Citibank reserves the right not to accord any gifts on any specific deposits or on any funds transferred from other Citibank branches or financial institutions at its discretion. All promotional rates are not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind.
7. For Global Giveaways Voucher issuance, please allow a processing time of two to four weeks from the time your funds are received.
8. For New Year gifts, please allow a delivery time of three to four weeks from the time your funds are received.
9. All vouchers/gifts must be redeemed before May 31, 2004 and are not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind.
10. Citibank has carefully chosen the respective business partner for this Promotion. However, Citibank will not be liable for any loss, damage or non-performance arising from the delivery, use of products and services offered through this Promotion.
11. In the event that the gifts are unavailable for any reason whatsoever, Citibank reserves the right to substitute the same with products of similar value without prior notice. Please note that some rewards may not be available in certain jurisdictions.
12. Citibank reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time without any notice.
